Small group class using a
combination of Mat/Tower,
Chair and Reformer for a
deeply integrated
experience in the Pilates
system.
Mixed Apparatus
Great full body workout
combining classical Mat
work with dynamic leg
and arm springs, roll down
and push through bars.
Mat/Tower
A higher intensity
reformer class that uses
classical Pilates precision
with isolated strength,
work using props, to
sculpt, lean muscle and
boost endurance
